What kinds of plants do you sell?
We offer a thoughtfully curated selection for every plant lover and environment! Our collections include Low-Maintenance Houseplants for beginners, stunning Floor Plants for statement pieces, unique Air Plants and Cacti & Succulents, Pet-Friendly Plants for safe homes with furry friends, and beautiful Hanging & Trailing Plants. We also specialize in plants for specific light conditions, like Bright Indirect Light or Full Sun Houseplants.
Do you sell more than just plants?
Absolutely! We believe in supporting your entire plant journey. Are the plants safe for pets?
We care deeply about all members of your household. We have a dedicated Pet-Friendly Plants collection that features plants generally considered non-toxic to cats and dogs. However, we always recommend checking the specific plant’s care guide upon arrival and monitoring pets, as individual animal reactions can vary.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally from our home in Chicago, connecting a worldwide family of plant lovers! However, due to complex logistics, we are currently unable to ship to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. You will be automatically notified at checkout if your location is outside our delivery network.
What are my shipping options and costs?
- 🚚 Standard Shipping ($12.95 Flat Rate): Fast and trackable via DHL/FedEx. Ideal for priority orders. After a 1-2 day processing period, delivery takes an estimated 10-15 days after dispatch.
- 📦 Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. A cost-effective option for larger orders or non-urgent deliveries. Estimated delivery takes 15-25 days after dispatch.
How do you protect plants during shipping, especially in cold weather?
Your plant’s safe passage is our priority. Every plant is expertly packaged with secure cushioning. During cooler months, we automatically include Heat Packs – Safe Plant Shipping at no extra cost to keep your leafy friends cozy and healthy in transit.
When will my order ship?
All orders require a 1-2 day processing period where we lovingly select, prepare, and package your items with care. During major sales (like our “BIG PLANT BLOWOUT”), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for a secure and convenient checkout experience.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure we can quickly begin preparing your plants, please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only accommodate requests if the order has not yet entered the packing process.
Do you offer gift services?

Returns, Refunds & Plant Care
What is your return policy?
We stand by the quality of every item we send. If your Air Plant, Floor Plant, Botanical Art Print, or any other product arrives in less-than-perfect condition, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for a refund or replacement. Please contact our team at [email protected] with your order details and photos.
What if my plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?
We’re so sorry if this happens! Our packaging is designed for maximum protection, but sometimes transit is tough. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt with photos, and we will happily arrange a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our promise.
